Recognizing an opportunity to elevate their visibility within the tech community, they enlisted our help to address the following challenges: - They’d been around for almost 10 years but had never done any marketing themselves. - They weren’t tracking any marketing efforts to see what was working. - They didn’t have any sales enablement assets to help with the sales process. - They weren’t using HubSpot as intended (as a full suite CRM for sales and marketing). - They didn’t have any accurate reporting. - They didn’t have any content strategy for thought leadership. - They needed to outsource their marketing to an agency. #### WHAT WE'VE DONE ## The Solution The client was looking for a HubSpot partner agency to collaborate with and found Prism on the HubSpot partner portal. We came onboard to provide the following services: ### 1. Create sales enablement assets - Sales deck—communicate the client's value proposition, unique offerings, and success stories to potential customers.  - AWS partner sheet—position the client within the AWS ecosystem, highlighting their expertise and partnership benefits. - Case studies—showcase real-world implementations and the positive impact of the client's solutions. - Migration Checklist—offer valuable insights and establish the client as a thought leader in the DevOps landscape. ### 2. Develop a content strategy - Thought leadership blog posts—delve into industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions. - Social media thought leadership posts for individual profiles and the company page—amplify the client's influence, fostering meaningful connections and dialogue within the community. - Case studies—offer real-world examples of the client’s transformative impact on start-ups. ### 3. Design and develop the website - Website refresh and updates additions—ensure the website remains current and aligned with the latest industry trends.  - New services, revamping of services—revamp existing offers to showcase how the client addresses the dynamic needs of their audience. ### 4. Implement Hubspot - Sales process set up—align with the client's workflows to enhance efficiency and provide a centralized platform for managing leads and customer interactions. - Marketing Hub Implementation—unite sales and marketing efforts, fostering a cohesive and data-driven approach. ### 5.
